When you feel good, everything in life is just a little easier, our horses are no exception. Over half a century ago, Linda Tellington-Jones discovered the innate connection between physical, mental, and emotional well-being and balance. By harnessing the intelligence, and power, of the nervous system, Linda took the revolutionary approach to helping horses LEARN rather than just focusing on teaching a specific behavior or cue.
The Tellington TTouch Method for horses encompasses several components: an overarching philosophy of understanding and empathy, observational skills, body work techniques, leading exercises, non-invasive tools that help activate the nervous system and low-stress riding exercises.
In this course we will introduce you to some of the most useful body work techniques that you can incorporate into your everyday handling to help transform how your horse feels because when you horse FEELS better, they can LEARN better – making for more cooperative, harmonious interactions in all areas of training and handling.
