Speaker Submission Form

As a participant (presenter, interviewee or panelist) of The Tellington TTouch Cell-ebration Online Conference ("The Conference"), I consent to the audio and video recording of my voice, name, image, brand and all other video and audio assets recorded as part of my appearance on the educational media program (The Conference) produced by Robyn Hood, Linda Tellington-Jones and Amanda Pretty ("The Producers").

I give The Producers non-exclusive worldwide rights to reproduce, transcribe, distribute, and sell my oral and/or video presentation for purposes related to The Conference, in whole or in part, including any information and content I provide in audio, video, or text form, without restriction.

I further acknowledge and agree:

(a) I will receive no monetary compensation for my appearance. The consideration I receive for executing this release shall be the exposure I receive to the audience of The Conference.

(b) I agree that The Conference owns the rights to this recording and although I have permission to promote this event, I am not allowed to alter it, edit it or redistribute it without written permission from The Producers.

(c) I warrant that my presentation is original and that publication of it will not infringe on the rights of others, and that I have full power to grant this license. Should my presentation incorporate copyrighted materials, I warrant that I have obtained such permission from those parties for publication by The Conference, consistent with this Agreement.

(d) I am waiving any intellectual property claims including, but not limited to, trademark and copyright infringement claims, associated with personal or business interests discussed during my participation in The Conference.

(e) I am waiving any right to publicity and privacy claims, and agree my name, likeness, and business information (including the headshot photo and bio text I have provided) may be used by The Conference in the recording in which I appear and future reproductions as well as the marketing materials supporting The Conference in general, such as teaser videos, video ads, testimonials, reviews, audio clips, and other distributions of this recording.

(f) The Conference and The Producers are the sole owner of any and all rights to The Conference, including the recording in which I appear. I further acknowledge and agree that The Producers have the right to edit the content of my appearance and publish the same in any media now and in the future without first obtaining my approval.

g) I am releasing and discharging The Conference and The Producers from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with my participation and appearance in The Conference or the subsequent reproduction and distribution of the recording in which I appear in any medium.

h) One year after the conference and upon my request, the Producers will provide a copy of my recorded presentation that I may use and distribute without restriction.
